The past four years, Darlene and I have had the pleasure of sailing on several Regent and Oceania cruises. Each one was a fantastic experience, and as always, we enjoyed excellent meals, entertainment, onboard lectures, and relaxation. But most of all, it was terrific to wake up to a new destination every morning and encounter the local culture and scenery.

On most days the ship arrives in the morning as you are having breakfast and does not depart until the evening, allowing for in-depth exploration as you immerse yourself in the local culture and experience the local life .
